Return & Refund Policy

 

Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery for any damages or defects. If there are any damages please refuse delivery.

Refunds for brands are as follows below. Please use this guide for what brand item you purchased for refund, exchange or return policy. Some items maybe not be eligible for return or exchange. Please read carefully

Alfi

In the case of a customer return, they can be claimed up to 30 days from the date of delivery if the product has not been installed and is still in its original packaging. This return policy period extends to a full refund of the product. Proof of purchase will be required in the case of a claim.

 

Axent

Exchanges can be made due to defective or damage products. If product is found damage or defective please contact us so we can get a technician to try and correct the problem. If the problem is not resolved we will be more than happy to replace the product at no extra charge.

 

Laviva

We understand that a product may get damaged in transit. Rest assured, we stand by our customers during this process and make sure we do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timely conclusion at no expense to you. For us to offer this level of service, we need a little help from our customers in the form of a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. This will make things much easier if you decide to return the item. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

 

Swiss Madison

Tuhome

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and comply with the manufacturer's warranty policy, which can be found inside the furniture packaging.

 

 

Water Creation

Products that are unused and in its original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. If the return request for this order falls outside of the 30-day return policy period. We will accept the return as long as it is in original packaging and all items are received in good condition, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Products that had been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns,

replacements, or refunds. Products that are marked as non-returnable or discontinued cannot be returned.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance, custom, or discontinued items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bathroomeverything.com or call (888) 429-0810. Items that are damaged or defective Bathroom Everything will pay for return shipping.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should send an email to orders@bathroomeverything.com to obtain further information. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
